Debbie, David, Justin and family,
I worked with Keith for the past 5 years, and came to know him as a man who loved his family above all else. His smile was always a little brighter when he spoke of all of you. He had such a presence, and was so engaging. I will miss his daily visits just to chat about whatever was on his mind. May God's grace and peace comfort you.

I had the great pleasure of playing baseball with Keith several years during the mid to late 1960's! He was always a great teammate and when I see Justin play, I see a lot of Keith's style of baseball. Hustle, teamwork, and great talent. But the greatest gift Keith gave us all was his love of life. Peace be with you all, Gary HHS 1969

Debbie, Justin, David, & family:
The world is dimmer today because Keith is no longer in it, but Heaven is all lit up! We all have such wonderful and vivid memories of Keith, that there are too many to mention. We especially loved the baseball games, practices in our backyard, traveling with you all, even playing softball at Crowfield! Keith will truly be missed, but his legacy lives on. We are so sorry for your loss, but grateful that his suffering is no more. God will protect him and hold him until you all can be together again. We love you all!

To the Smoak Family,
I am saddened and yet joyful in the passing of Keith Smoak, sad for
those he left behide, for we will surely miss all that is Keith, a decent and kind man that I cannot possibly do any justice in this column.
I am joyful because you are no longer in pain, there is no suffering in your new home, only joy. I can only image you looking down on us with that smile as you thank us for the many memories you shared with us. I can envision you smashing one of your famous tape measured home runs up there as you circle the bases as so many times you did down here. And lastly, I am so very thankful that you
allowed me to visit you one last time before moving on.

Debbie, David, Justin and Family,
The years have gone by so fast since departing the shipyard. We all were so blessed to have known each other as co-workers and friends. Time and distance have seperated so many of us but our friendship and love for each other has never changed. Keith always smiled when he would tell me stories of David and Justin. Debbie, David and Justin will always see that smile and ensure his grandchildren will know that smile. Just look at his smile in his picture. I will always see that smile on his face when I think of Keith. Jenny, Joli, Gene and myself offer our prayers to the entire Smoak family.
