Keith Bruce Kreider SUMMERVILLE - Keith Bruce Kreider, age 59, of Summerville, South Carolina, died peacefully among loved ones on Thursday, September 2, 2021. Keith was the son of Colonel (ret) Bruce and Maryann Kreider. Keith graduated from the University of Wyoming and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum engineering. Keith continued his education and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical engineering from The Ohio State University. He later, graduated from Naval Nuclear Power School, in Orlando, Florida. Keith balanced a love of work with love of family, entertaining, weekends filled with watching his children play soccer, wood working, and brewing craft beer. He was a great gift to his family and friends and will be deeply missed. Keith is survived by his wife of 35 years, Amy; children; Erica (Mike) Kennedy, Katie (Kenneth) Parker, Jake Kreider; grandchildren, Charlotte Kennedy; father and mother; Bruce and Maryann Kreider, sister; Kathleen (Tom) Jacobson, and extended family and friends. The family will host a private celebration of Keith's life in the coming months. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Donate Life SC or The Charleston Animal Society.
