Dear Monroe, Steve, and family,
Kathleen was a wonderful neighbor in Pimlico, and I had heard wonderful things about her even before I moved to Pimlico, when I worked with Steve at CNSYD/SPAWAR. I offer each of you my heartfelt sympathy at this time. May God give you the peace that only he can bring. Monroe, only someone who has lost a mate can begin to understand how deep your suffering must be. It has been four years since I lost Jack, and sometimes I still can't believe he is gone. My prayers are with your family.
Sincerely,
Joyce Eckhardt Brogdon

Mr. Richards though we only meet briefly once or twice, Steve has been an inspiration and friend for many years. I lost my mother to cancel many years ago & Steve was there for me. My thoughts and prayers have been with you, Steve and Sandy. God Bless. Alan Sparks
