Love and prayers to all the family at this sad time. Kay and my Mom were table mates up until last year when they were confined to their rooms. May Kay Rest In Peace now.

Words can’t describe my wonderful memories of my aunt Kay. She was always so special to me and always made time for me while I was in nursing school in Charleston. I can remember my mom and dad taking us kids to see both aunt Kay and uncle Bob and my being terrified of crossing the old Charleston bridge, but loving the beautiful James Island home where they lived. My dad loved Kay and wanted to speak with her up until a week before he died. She was family to him and like a sister in many ways. I know that my dad and both aunt Kay and uncle bob are together again in heaven and looking over each of us.

I was able to visit her in the nursing home with my mom a few years back. It was a wonderful visit with aunt Kay showing us the place and introducing us to her new friends she had made there. We had a lovely few hours sitting on the side porch with her sharing memories and talking about her wonderful children, grandchildren and great grands. She was so proud to show off the latest photos of each.

She will remain in our hearts forever and will be missed.

Her Loving Niece,
Pam Reynolds Davis
