Mrs. Frederick is survived by her husband; Mr. Leonza "Peter" Frederick; children; Cameron and Kailin; step-son; Leonza, Jr. (Myesha); grandson; Tyriq; siblings; Ms. Pamela Johnson, Mr. Isaac Johnson (Karen), twin sister; Mrs. Cathy Dingle, and Mrs. Paula Blackwell (Lawrence), mother-in-law, Mrs. Christine Frederick; brothers and sisters-in-law; Mr. Vance Frederick, Mr. Willie Frederick, Mr. Ronald Frederick, Ms. Oouida Frederick, and Mrs. Melissa Leseane (Herbert); Special friends; Cynthia Howell and Patricia Baker, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
