Katherine Smith Powell N. CHARLESTON - Entered into eternal rest on the evening of December 31, 2010, Katherine Smith Powell, widow of Lofton Powell. Residence, North Charleston, South Carolina. The relatives and friends of Mrs. Katherine S. Powell are invited to attend her funeral service at Ferndale Baptist Church, 4870 Piedmont Avenue, N. Charleston on Monday, January 3, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
