To Karls friends and family, I was very sad to hear Karl went on a final sailing trip. He and I met in the early 70s on a yacht delivery to FL. One of his first trips, what an adventure, the man was larger than life and very courageous . He was older than me and helped me out tremendously. I wish now I tried to find him sooner. My deepest condolences

Beth,
I was very sorry to hear about Karl's illness and passing. How good that I was able to see him awhile back at Sandra's brunch for the cousins. Having been around Karl more when I was a child, my memories center around times at the pool, and one time when he got our crazy dog under control with his dog training skills.
Thinking of you in this time of great loss. With love, Valerie
