Julie Moody Mise Summerville - Julie Moody Mise, 56, of Summerville, wife of Bryan Mise, passed away on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at her residence. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Sunday, February 27, 2022 from 2pm to 3pm followed by a memorial service at 3pm, both held at Summerville Baptist Church, 417 Central Ave., Summerville, SC 29483. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethany Christian Services, 1500 Highway 17 Bus N Surfside Beach, SC 29575 or Low Country Pregnancy Center, 7481 Northside Drive, N. Charleston, SC 29420, or Summerville Baptist Church, 417 Central Ave., Summerville, SC 29483. Julie was born on May 20, 1965, daughter of the late James Augustus and Grace Hayden Moody. She graduated from Summerville High School and received her Bachelor's in Education and her Master's Degrees from the University of SC in Library Science and evidentially obtained her National Board Certification. Survivors, in addition to her husband, Bryan, are: daughter, Hayden Rebecca Mise of Summerville; sister, Jan Moody Reeves (Jimmy) of Summerville; mother and father-in-law: Becky and Bobby Mise of Summerville; brother and sister-in-law: Patrick and Teran Mise of Brazelton, GA; nephews and nieces: James Reeves (Casey) of Mt. Pleasant, Walker Mise of Brazelton, GA and Grace Shivers (Bracken) of Cincinnati, OH; great-nieces: Magnolia, Verity, and Camille.
