Julianne Lee Obituary

LEE, Juliane BISHOPVILLE, SC - Julianne H. Lee, 44, died Saturday, September 2, 2006. Born in Charleston, she was a daughter of Betty Dunne Hendricks and the late William I. Hendricks. She had a Master's Degree in Psychology and was employed by the SC Department of Mental Health. She was of the Catholic faith. Survivors besides her mother of Charleston include a son, Warren M. Lee of Charleston; a daughter, Lindsey A. Lee of Bishopville; a brother, Christopher W. Hendricks of Charleston; three sisters, Joanne H. Root of Charleston, Jeanne C. Clinton of Boca Raton, FL, and Catherine H. Smith of Williston, and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday in the Red Hill Baptist Church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Hancock-Elmore-Hill Funeral Home and other times at 960 Egypt Road, Camden. Memorials may be made to Brookpine, 301 Palmetto Place, Lexington, SC 29072. Hancock-Elmore-Hill Funeral Home of Bishopville is in charge of arrangements. Julie worked at Brookpine with my mother in Gaston. I had the joy of meeting her and speaking with her several times. It takes a very special person to serve the community in the ways that Julie did. My family and I offer you our sincere thoughts and prayers durring this very difficult time.
