Julian "J.L." Livingston Dennis GOOSE CREEK - Julian "J.L." Livingston Dennis, age 70, of Goose Creek, South Carolina, went to be with our Lord on Sunday, January 8, 2023. Husband of Anne Stullenbarger Dennis for 37 years. JL was born in Sumter, South Carolina, on January 13, 1952, to Thomas L. and Mary G. Dennis of Cross, South Carolina. JL attended Hanahan High School. JL worked in the Engineering Department at the Ralph H. Johnson. VA Center and retired from there after 38 years of service. While working at the Charleston Naval Shipyard he was a proud member of the Tiger Nuclear Team Shop 64. JL was a member of St. James United Methodist Church in Goose Creek, South Carolina. JL leaves behind his wife, Anne; his daughters, Cassie Dennis of Goose Creek and Kimberly Crane (Chip) of Mt. Pleasant; his son, Donald Pardue of Goose Creek; his brothers, David Dennis of Goose Creek; Michael Dennis (Cheryl) of Crestview, FL; his grandchildren, Langley Crane, Jack Crane, and Cooper Crane of Mt. Pleasant; JL also left many cousins, nieces, and many special people who were close to his heart. Donations in memory of JL may be made out to St. James United Methodist Church. 512 St James Ave., Goose Creek, SC 29445. A visitation for JL will be held at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home on Thursday, January 12, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. 7113 Rivers Ave., North Charleston, SC 29406. A funeral service will be held at St. James United Methodist Church on Friday, January 13, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. 512 St. James Ave., Goose Creek, SC 29445.
