One of the first times I met Judy, it was at a backyard lunch after a bike ride. I was rushed in the morning and didn't pack a lunch. I joined the others and was talking to a group of people and Judy noticed that I wasn't eating. She asked me if I brought a lunch. I said no. She pulled a P & J sandwich out of her bag and gave it to me. "I sometimes make two sandwiches because I know people sometimes forget to bring lunch," she said. Such a thoughtful person. When I think of Judy, I think of that P & J sandwich and the many bicycle rides and the lovely times socializing at their camper, with Bill playing his fiddle.

I didn't know Judy very well. I met and sat with you both at the last BSO annual dinner and I had the pleasure of talking with her. She was a lovely, funny, and interesting lady and will be terribly missed. I am truly sorry for your loss. Suzanne O'Connor, BSO Board Member
