I know for certain that we never lose the people we love, even to death. They continue to participate in every act, thought and decision we make. Their love leaves an indelible imprint in our memories. We find comfort in knowing that our lives have been enriched by having Dr. Julia S. Long be of it. (Former Union, SC Native)

To The Family OF Mrs.Long:
I'm so sorry about the loss of your mother. I met Mrs. Long through my husband, Larry Foster many years ago. I was very fond of Mrs. Long because she was straight forward. Mrs. Long wanted things to be done right and in order. Mrs. Long loved our church and really enjoyed playing hymnals on First Sunday.

I only knew Dr. Long for a short time, as she was my mother's roommate at Dillon Pointe. I quickly learned what a wonderful person she was! She had a sweet, loving personality, and was always willing to share her knowledge with others. Her memory will live on in the hearts and lives of others. May your hearts be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together! We will keep you in our prayers.
