Mrs. Chaney lived across the street from us on Rutland Street. When she moved to North Carolina we missed seeing her smiling face and hearing her irish brogue. Please accept our sincere condolences.

Julia and Jim were upstairs neighbors of my Mom and Dad,Ruth and Al Pearce in Buffalo,N.Y. Mrs.Chaney as we called her was the most loving and caring person I knew, next to my Mom and Dad that is but she was always there when they or I had a problem. I remember especially the Birthday gifts she gave to my Daughter Ann. They were always hand made and my Ann still has all of them. May God Bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. We will never forget her.
