Charleston, SC. Interment: Johnson Cemetery. Mr. Waring is survived by his children, Joseph L. Waring, Takarra L. Todd, Shameka L. Waring, Precious S. Stephenson, Shaquanna L. Stephenson, Zena J. Stephenson, Joseph E. Waring, Derrick Warring, Shameke L. Stephenson, Daquar N. Stephenson, Desire M. Stephenson and Zenisha C. Stephenson; his father Mr. Joseph E. Washington; siblings, aunts, uncles and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
