Joseph Stanowski Obituary
Joseph T. "Big Joe" Stanowski, age 62, died June 3, 2011. Joe was a lifelong resident of Chester and worked for many years at Sun Ship on the lunch truck.
He enjoyed boating and gardening and was devoted to his family and grandchildren.
He was the son of the late Stanley T. Sr. and Pauline (Szalkowski) Stanowski and brother of the late Stanley T. Stanowski, Jr.
Survivors: His loving wife: Denise (Lopchinsky) Stanowski, sons: Thomas J. Stanowski of Middletown Twp. and Joseph T. Stanowski, Jr. of Chester, brother, William A.Stanowski, sisters: Joan Czeslawa, Jean Stanowski, and Jeanette Ludinich and his beloved grandchildren Thomas Joseph Stanowski, Jr. and Emma Marie Stanowski; and nieces and nephews.
Visitation: Wednesday from 6:30-8:30pm at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, Ltd., 2316 Providence Ave., Chester, PA. Burial: Private

Rest in Peace Big Joe. I have a lot of fond memeories of him and my father joking around. He would always make me laugh. He was a great guy. He will be missed.

My condolences go out to "Big Joes" family. I remember we used to ride motorcycles together on the streets of chester. Joe was a good guy.
