I knew Joe through the Charleston Shag Club and J B Pivots. When my husband passed, Richard Brouthers, he helped me. And when he was alive he helped me with the wheelchair. Prayers for his family. I'll miss you Joe.

So sorry to read this. I worked at NSC for Joe Pye for 20 years. He was tough as nails but he could make you laugh. I always picked up lunch for two of his favorites, Pepper Steak from Oriental and Fried Shrimp from the Chief´s Club. I enjoyed knowing him and I will miss knowing he is not here anymore.
