To all the Mock family, my condolences and wishes that you will find peace in knowing that Joe and his sweet Paula are together once again along with other precious relatives. I know you will miss him, so speak about him, laugh about memories he created and cry if you need to. God knows how much you need comfort and healing, but he won't hurry you or ask you t feel better until you are ready.

Dear family,
I was saddened to hear of Mr.Joe’s passing. My Dad, Charles (POP) Weatherford coached alongside Mr.Joe when my brother and his boys were children. When Mr. Joe was admitted to Sandpiper Nursing Home, where my Mom resided , I let all the nurses & caregivers know this was a special man & to take good care of him. I too would try and look out for him when I was there with Mom a few times a week. He was always smiling , happy and would sit at the front entrance opening the doors for anyone coming into the facility. He was loved by the staff and residents there. The admin staff even gave him a badge they made as the official greeter! Mom and I enjoyed his company at our table when they would have ice cream socials as he enjoyed attending this activity. He and Mrs.Paula would eat in the dining room where Mom was. Mom and I would enjoy talking with them. Now they’re all in heaven together with their families and friends. Mr. Joe passed 3 weeks after our Mom did. I truly believe he was ready to go be with his son and wife. RIP Mr.Joe and know we will all miss you but treasure our memories. Much love & prayers to the family during this sad time.
