Mr. Grant is the husband of Mrs. Martha Lee Grant, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas and Pearl Wilson Grant; the father of Mrs. Jolanda Lindsey (Ross), Ms. Sylvia Wallace and Mr. Joey Grant; the step father of Mr. Terrance Grant; the brother of Mrs. Hester Grant Bennett (Henry), Mrs. Lucille Green (Benjamin), Mrs. Ernestine Gilliard (Cleophas), Mrs. Mary Williams (Freddie) and the late Mr. Johnny Coaxum, Ms. Gladys Grant, and Mr. Samuel Green; the brother-in-law of the late Mrs. Roselee Coaxum.
