Joseph P. Edwards CHARLESTON - The relatives and friends of Mr. Joseph "Bumpy" Edwards are invited to attend his funeral service on Friday, February 2, 2018, 11:00 am at Saint Paul Missionary Baptist Church, 624 Rutledge Avenue, Charleston, SC. Burial, Monrovia Cemetery. Viewing for Mr. Edwards will be at the funeral home on Thursday, February 1, 2018, 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:00 pm. He is survived by his son, Gerald Edwards, granddaughter, Aneisha Yeadon; great-granddaughter, Ayanna Bentley; sisters, Jeanette Richards, Mary L. Edwards, Kathleen McPherson, Edith Edwards, Magdalene Bowman (James), Betty Heyward (John), Mary F. Louis (George); brother, Larry B. Edwards, Sr. (Mary); aunt, Carrie W. Smashum, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Arrangements are entrusted to Fielding Home for Funerals, 122 Logan Street, 843-722-3348.
