We were only able to spend short times with Joe spread over many years. He was an inspiration to me as a young man when i was at Ft. Gordon back in the 60's. Quite a gentleman- he'll be missed by all. Jerome (Ducky) and Carol Lonegro

Joe Joe my buddy. You will be missed. I learnt so much from your faithfulness. You in your sickness never failed to ask me how I was feeling and you always ask about John. You told me always you were praying for me and john. Joe I know that we will see each other again.
