So sorry for your lost. His old friend david harley just told me. I didnt know him very well but i learned Jose had many talents and could be very witty

I was very saddened to learn of Jose's passing. We worked together many years ago at the AFB officer's club. We shared many laughs. He also shared his writings and poetry and had an amazing talent. My condolences to his family.
