Deacon Johnny Pinckney CHARLESTON - The relatives and friends of Deacon Johnny Pinckney and those of his beloved wife, Mary Michael Pinckney; his devoted children, Jonathan Pinckney (Andrea), Sonja Pinckney Rhodes, Sherri Pinckney Williams (Kenneth); grandchildren, Aleiya Pinckney Smalls (Tolbert), Jon Pinckney (Markita), Donovan Pinckney, Rashad Taylor, Andre' Rhodes; great-grands, godchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends invite you to attend his funeral services, Thursday, July 31, 2014, 11am at Salem Missionary Baptist Church, 570 Rutledge Avenue, Charleston, South Carolina. Remains to the church at 10am. Viewing at the Funeral Parlor this Wednesday, from 1-5pm. The Wake Service on Wednesday evening at the Church with the viewing from 6pm-7pm. The family will be receiving guests 7pm-8pm. Burial in Live Oak Cemetery directed by THE MINISTRY OF RIVERS FUNERAL HOME, 421 Redbank Road, Goose Creek, SC 29445. Phone 843-824-9990/1-800-884-9990.
