Deacon Johnnie Leach CHARLESTON - Funeral Service for Deacon Johnnie Leach will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2016, 11:00am at Grace On The Ashley Baptist Church, 2014 Bees Ferry Road, Charleston, SC, Dr. Frank Cone and Rev. Greg Smith, Pastors and Eulogist, Rev. Eddie Sallie, Pastor of Olive Branch Baptist Church, Ashley River Road. Viewing at the church on Friday, July 29th at 6:p.m. the family will receive friends from 7 to 8:p.m. Interment: Olive Branch Baptist Church Cemetery. Deacon Johnnie Leach is the widower of Rebecca Maxwell Leach, father of John (Yong), Kenneth (Joyce), Anthony, Carl (Ondrea), Raymond, Sr. (Marian), Bernard, Sr. (Charlene), Isaac (Karen), Leroy (Jennifer), Theodore, Sr. (Della), Myra Leach-Dawson (Leo, Sr.), Johnnie Mae Leach-Gibson(Victor), Isaac Hamlet, Sr., Jake Hamlet (deceased), Henry Hope, Frances Mitchell (James, Sr.) David Maxwell(deceased) (Ann), brother of Vernell Wells ,the late Bessie Threatts and Caswell Hamilton. He also leaves grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, sisters-in-law, Catherine Bennett and Beulah Smalls, brother in law, Nathaniel Maxwell, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.
