I think of Doc every time I go to a Doctor.How I wish it was Doctor John who I am seeing.He was so good to our Family.To this day we miss him and Remember him.See you down the road Doc. Your Friends and Patients,Carollo Family.

I still miss you doc and think about you often. You were a friend, a person I was able to confide in and someone who taught me about life. You were the best in many ways. You are still the greatest doctor and someone I compare all other physicians to. Too bad for them they can never equal your compassion and quality of care. I hope to see you again!

It's been 3 years, God gained a wonderful person who impacted so many people personally and professionally. I was honored doc to be a part of your life. Doc you can't imagine how your little legacy still continues to go on everyday. Your patients miss you and talk about you at every visit. I love the stories patients tell me about you and how you made them laugh. I hear things like "I miss him" "gosh I wish he were here" tears still fill the eyes
Of those patients. You were their personal physician and friend. No one gets that type of relationship with there Doctor anymore. You left such an impression on everyone that crossed your path. I often wonder what it would be like if you were still here. There are times it feels like a lifetime ago, but days like today it feels like yesterday. I miss you so so much. I feel so lucky to continue work with all your patients and share so many memories of you. Continue to watch over all of us, your family and your patients. You have a special place in everyone's hearts ❤

Like mine, so many hearts are broken. Irreplaceable, Dr. John was our family doc for too many years to count — a benevolent, non-judgmental man — a practitioner you could trust with anything. This loss is monumental to his patients. I believe he'll be on our shoulders watching out for us from the other side. My family was very shocked to hear the news that our wonderful caring Dr. John has passed. He has been my family doctor for over 30 years now. My sympathy to his family, his girls as he called Debbie and Dawn. A wonderful caring man is now all of our angel in heaven. Evelyn Taylor and family

My Deepest Sympathy to Dr. John's Family and to Debbie and Dawn. Dr. John was my doctor for over 30 years and the nicest person to ever talk to and have for your doctor. I was totally shocked when I just found out. He loved his family so much. Always talked about his trips and yes fishing.
I remember when my Father had cancer Dr. John came to our home to see my father. Never forgot that. May you rest in peace Dr. John. No other Doctor will EVER match you.

My family and I were shocked and upset upon hearing of Dr. John's passing. He took care of me, my husband and two children for many years when we lived in South Philly. He was a loving and compassionate doctor and friend to us when we needed a sympathetic ear. We will miss him dearly and know that he is definitely one of heaven's newest and finest angels. I was devasted to hear of Dr.John's passing. I was a patient of his for the last 37 years as well as my family. Dr John will be so missed by so many, he touched the lives of so many and there will never be another doctor like him. My condolences to his family and long time staff. What a loss for us but what a gain for God, as he was truly an ANGEL. Doctor John has been a great friend and a terrific Doctor. Nothing was ever a bother, and he LISTENED. Very sad news. I have many wonderful memories of Dr John with our family in South Philly.

Dr. John will really be missed by everyone that knew him. He was my Doctor since I was 6 years old. I don't think I'll ever find another like him. My condolences go out to family and the ladies at the office. He always talked about his family. You could tell how proud he was of his children and how much he loved his wife. He usually had a story about his date nights with his wife or a landmark in one of his children's lives. He was so sweet and funny. He was just an all around great person. His passing is a big loss to the community. My prayers go out to his family at this time.
