I apologize that this message came so late. its taken time for me to find the strength to finally admit how much your missed. we weren't the closest friends at Camden. but that doesn't matter because you were family to me. and now its been a long road and i wish i could say more. but i m happy your now the one brightening our stars and helping us all by guiding the way. truly missed, and loved till we meet again my friend.

Hey Slick, you were an awesome kid and so much fun to be around. I remember winning some games at lacrosse with you and sitting next to you on the way back, getting to know you better then any of the other kids we went to school with. I really miss you bro, you were always a blessing. Love you, from your brother, Blaine.

No matter what the score was to any lacrosse game win or lose Johnny was always ready to celebrate with a bag nasty (the sandwiches we were served) on the way back to Camden. The friendship Johnny showed to everybody on the team will never be forgotten.

Kara,

We are stunned by the news of Johnnies passing and our hearts are truly breaking for you. Although we only got to know the two of you for a short time at CMA, Johnny seemed like a great kid and your love for him was very obviously immense. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Kara,

Kara, John and Linda, What can I say? My heart is breaking for you all. I have followed John through Facebook for all the years of his life. I hope, in the future, you will be able to focus on the love, joy, laughter, and the "good times" with your wonderful son. I know it is difficult to comprehend this now. David has been gone for 15 years but he lives in my heart and shares my joys and my sorrows every day. He is on the moon playing golf and I talk to him almost every night. I still cry but the pain has lessened. The tears you will shed are healing but painful. I hope you will find a way to stay in touch with John and realize he is constantly with you and shares your joys and sadnesses. I pray you will use your faith to deal with this horrible time of your life. I love you so much.

Kara, my heart goes out to you. Praying for you that God gives you the strength to get through this...I met you in Walterboro at Gracefield. I know Johnny and Gaston had some good times together- much love, Mary Catherine Moore
