John Sayen Obituary

Lt. Col. John J. Sayen, Jr. QUANTICO, VA - Lt. Col. John J. Sayen, Jr. of Quantico, VA, died in January of this year. He will be buried alongside his parents, Dr. John J. and Anne R. Sayen in Philadelphia's Woodlands Cemetery on July 27th 2018. Following a career in the Marine Corps, John worked as a defense analyst and continued a lifelong calling as a military historian. He is the author of two published books on military history and one that is awaiting publication. He is survived by a sister, Catherine S. Ravenel (Henry) of Mt.
