John was a dear friend to my family for nearly fifty years and we are deeply saddened at his passing. Like all of his friends, we will miss his friendship, his infectious smile, and his humor.

"Moon" was a very nice and wonderful man. We had not known him for many years but always enjoyed talking and laughing with him. He will be missed. Our sympathies to his family and friends. God bless you all.

John and I had been friends during the 50s, 60s and 70s until I left Charleston. I'll miss him dearly.

Dear Vickie and family we were very sorry to hear of John's passing.We thought a lot of John.Our prayers go out to you and the children.
It is so sad for a child to lose there father no matter if he is young or old.
It is hard for a wife to lose her spouse.But God has his plan and he will comfort your hearts.Norman worked with John at Lockheed until it closed.John was a good guy he will be missed. Our prayers and sympathy.
