John was always a caring and loving husband who was imbued with a droll sense of humor. I always enjoyed seeing him on Fridays when he would come to the American Legion for lunch. He became a friend and I cherish the stories he shared. The world was a better place with John in it. I miss him!

Great Person. I also retired from SPAWAR and was fortunate to have been able to work with J0ohn when he was at Tracor and BAE. He was very helpful to everyone and a pleasure to work with. I just found out and about his passing and may he rest in peace. We had lost contact with each other and I have thought about him over the years, all good memories. I considered him a friend and co-worker.

John and I were the finance department for the Knights of Columbus Council 6250. We worked together for about 2 years. I was in charge of income and John managed disbursements and banking. John was very competent. His actions were very timely and accurate, His manner was always friendly. I enjoyed John's continued friendship. I am better because our paths crossed... mike

Dear Betty Ann:
Like so many of us at Post 147, I am heartbroken with John´s passing. He was such a pleasure to greet on Fridays and a friend of the first order.
Please know he will never be forgotten and I stand ready to help, if needed.
