John Jennings Obituary

John Thomas Jennings Charleston - John Thomas Jennings, 74, of Charleston, South Carolina, husband of Patricia Kinney Jennings, entered into eternal rest Friday, July 8, 2022. His Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, July 24, 2022, in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., West Ashley Chapel, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway, at 3:00 pm. The family will receive friends following the service. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., West Ashley Chapel. John was born April 1, 1948, in Chicago, Illinois, a son of the late John Walter Jennings and the late Catherine Stack Jennings. He was a graduate of Lewis University in Chicago and had a lengthy career in the steel industry. John will be remembered as a kind and caring person who stayed connected with family and friends throughout his life. Along with his wife, 32 years, John is survived by his son, Michael John Jennings of Charleston, SC; his step-sons, Michael Pfouts (Robin) and Mark Pfouts; his step-daughter, Dana Crumley (Mark); his granddaughters, Amanda Waggoner (Andy), Ashley Smith (Josh) and Julia Pfouts; his grandsons, Kevin Crumley and Jason Crumley; his four great-grandchildren; his sisters, Mary Kay Foys, Patricia Kwiloz (Ralph), Donna Ferdinand (Rich), Margaret Jennings; his brothers, Robert Jennings (Margaret), James Jennings (Jeff Glick); nineteen nieces and nephews; twenty grand-nieces and nephews and many friends.
