John Jellison Obituary

John Joseph Jellison, beloved husband, son, brother, and friend, passed away on September 6, 2025, at the age of 61. Born on May 8, 1964, in Quincy, Massachusetts, John was the cherished son of Edward F. Jellison, Jr. and Donna Jellison. John was a proud and hardworking pipe fitter in the construction industry, dedicating his life to building and fixing with skill and integrity. His strong work ethic and pride in a job well done described him as a person; just one of many ways he cared for those around him. John was known for his generous heart. He would do anything for anyone, always eager to help without ever expecting anything in return. He believed deeply in doing the right thing, not because it was expected, but because it was simply who he was. He married the love of his life, Kristin Jellison, and together they built a life full of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Their bond was something truly special. John loved the outdoors and could often be found fishing, traveling to new places, or hitting the golf course. His joy for life was contagious; he was outgoing, magnetic, and the life of every party. His laughter, quick wit, and warm presence lit up every room he entered. John leaves behind a legacy of kindness, loyalty, and joy. He touched countless lives and will be missed more than words can express. He is survived by his loving wife, Kristin Jellison; his siblings: Edward F. Jellison III (Karen), Debbie Kidd (Arthur), and Lesa Leppo (Aaron); his loving mother, Donna Jellison; as well as his nieces and nephews: Katelyn, Michael, Brad, Alexandra, Zackary, Krystal, Paige, and Matthew. He was preceded in death by his father, Edward F. Jellison, Jr.

Johnny, you were the brightest light in every room - the life of the party with a heart big enough to make everyone feel at home. From the very beginning, you welcomed me like family, like a big brother I didn´t know I needed. Your kindness, laughter, and warmth made the world softer and more joyful for everyone lucky enough to know you. I´ll carry your spirit with me always, grateful for every smile, every hug, every moment you shared so freely. You were one of a kind, and your love will never be forgotten. I miss you big brother. And I promise to be there for your beautiful wife who misses you more than you could ever know.
