John Huss Obituary

I just found out about John's passing today. John and I were in several classes at Riverside together and he was always such a cutup and so much fun. He was always smiling. He will be greatly missed.

Hi,Diane. Today I found out through Colonel about John having had colon cancer and passing away. I am so sorry about your children's loss and your loss. I always thought so highly of John and I think highly of you. I can't imagine the pain that you experienced and are experiencing. As you know, you were married to a fantastic man. I am so glad that y'all had four children together. I will pray for your family and you.

John will be missed in church and in our choir . Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Hunter and Beth, so sorry to hear about your brother. Sounds like he was a very special person. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family.

I always liked seeing John's number come up on my caller ID! It was always a pleasure to hear from him and I will miss our conversations. I want Diane and the children to know that you will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers. May God grant you his peace.

I knew John from Riverside H.S. and remember him always being upbeat, funny and a good friend to so many. My deepest sympathies go to his family.

Oyster roasts won't be the same.

Jhon was a great friend and neighbor. I have yet to have good people like Jhon and diane as neighbors as i did when i lived across from them.I remember all the good times vollyball in the front yard,cookouts,partys it did not matter for who or what all were welcome to come. And piling into some gas hog or what ever was running at the time to the beach, downtown or just around the neighborhood. I did not keep up with Huss family but when i did come to town i would always try to come by to see them. He was a down to earth kind of guy and now he is in Heaven.

John was one of the sweetest souls. I never knew him outside of high school years, but he certainly left a lasting impression on anyone who was blessed enough to have met him! My condolences to his family. You are in my prayers.
