Dear Beverly and family,
My memories of Jack are forever fond and greatful to have known and worked with him. Forever curious and passionate, he was a mentor and friend to many of us at Gore. He was truly a founder for Gore Medical Products. Later in his life as a Gore Board Member he provided amazing support and encouragement to many of us who where blessed to know him along life's professional and Personal journey. Sincere condolences on Jack's passing. What an amazing man and an amazing life!

To Bev and Family,
Jack did so much for everyone around him, whether inside Gore or outside Gore. He was much loved, and lit up any room he was in. He had a huge role in making Gore what it is, and we all miss him. Much love and deepest sympathy,
Bret
