MY CONDOLENCES TO THE FRAMPTOM FAMILY AND FRIENDS WHO WILL MISS CAPTAIN JOHN WHO IS NOW WITH OUR LORD & SAVIOR, JESUS CHRIST, AND BILL STEVENS MY FIRST COUSIN. MY FAMILY ARE MY DECEASED FATHER, WILLIAM BAILEY WHOSE FAMILY OWNED THE GENERAL STORE AND POST OFFICE, AND DECEASED MOTHER PINCKNEY BAILEY, WHOSE PARENTS OWNED BROOKLAND PLANTATION FOR 35 YEARS. MY PRAYERS TO ALL THE FAMILY FOR GOD'S PEACE AND COMFORT IN THE DAYS TO COME.
