Maj C-O & Family,

I'm truly sorry to learn of the loss of your love one. Aurelia, as difficult as it may seem, God never burdens us with more than we can handle. He saw that your father was tired and was ready to go to His Heavenly home. And even though he is no longer with you in the flesh, he will always be with you in Spirit. Mrs.Carr and Family,

I was so sorry to hear of Mr.Carr's passing. I taught 4th grade and later 2nd grade during his time at Springfield Elementary. Mr.Carr was supportive and encouraging to our faculty especially to the young teachers like myself. I can remember how helpful he was to all of us. He even built bookshelves for many of us who had none in our rooms. At Springfield I completed a little over 30 years of teaching and at my retirement dinner in 2001, one of my favorite guests was Mr.Carr. In writing this I hope it helps all of you to know how special he was to all the people at Springfield, especially the teachers.

He was like a father to me. I have

so many memories of Mr Carr. The

best one was the snake that was in the house across the street HE KILLED FOR US BECAUSE we were screaming to the top of our lungs

He had a hard time killing it! After He killed it, He did not let me live it down. He made a joke of it every time He seen me. He will be missed. He taught me so much !

My heart goes out to you all!

Love you all and I

have you in prayer.
