John Browder Obituary

BROWDER, John Entered into eternal rest on June 5, 2005, John T. Browder, Sr., husband of Wanda Newlin Browder. Residence, James Island, SC. Relatives and friends of Mr. and Mrs. John T. Browder, Sr. are invited to attend the funeral services of the former in James Island Baptist Church, Wednesday, June 8, 2005 at Eleven O'clock. Interment, Beaufort National Cemetery at Three O'clock. Friends may call at J. HENRY STUHR, INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, Tuesday from Six until Eight O'clock. John was born in Charleston, SC, August 31, 1931, the son of Caswell Browder and Mamie Owens Browder. He was a retired Sergeant from the US Air Force and retired from the Charleston Naval Shipyard. He was a member of James Island Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife of James Island, SC, two sons, John T. Browder, Jr. and his wife Holly of Elizabeth City, NC and David Browder and his wife, Lucy of James Island, SC; 1 daughter, Sharon Browder Lee and her husband Michael of James Island, SC; 1 brother, Archie Browder of James Island, SC; 6 grandchildren, Chris, Jason, Kristen, Kayce, Joshua, and Allison; 2 great grandchildren, Mahto and Kaya Browder.
