Dearest Carol and Mandy,
I am very sorry for your loss of Mrs. Johanna Roberts. Mandy spoke highly of her grandmother and I am sure this is considered a great loss to your family. If there is anything I can do after all the times Mandy has been there for me, please do not hesitate to call!
Sincerely,
Laurie
