COLLINS, Johanna CHAPIN - Memorial Services for Johanna Collins will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, February 18, 2006, at Lake Murray Presbyterian Church. The family will received friends at Bill & Ginny Leitner, 1348 Libby Ariail Circle, Chapin after the service. Memorials may be made to the Lake Murray Presbyterian Church, 2721 Dutch Fork Road, Chapin, SC 29036. Caughman-Harman Funeral Home, Irmo/St. Andrews Chapel is in Charge. Mrs. Collins was born in Bad Tolz, Germany. She was the daughter of the late Arlo and Joy Gill. Mrs. Collins was the widow of Lt. Col. (Ret.) W. A Collins, Jr. She was an accomplished quilter, avid gardener and loved playing bridge. She was a devoted Mother and adoring Oma . Mrs. Collins is survived by her sister, Jeri Eaton of New Winsor, MD; sons, Col. (Ret.) Skip (Kathy) Collins of Acworth, GA; John David (Harriet) Collins of Charleston; daughter, Barbara Collins (David) Herzberg of Blythewood and her eight beloved grandchildren, Nicole, Whit, Kelsey, Hanna, John David, Gill, Erika and Gary.
