Joan Hackett Obituary
Virginia Beach - Age 77 passed away after a 2 year battle with cancer. She was born in Phila PA & was a long time resident of Bucks County PA before moving to Virginia Beach 8 years ago. She was a beautiful, caring, giving, devoted wife & mother. She loved traveling, puzzles, cards & spending time with family & friends. She is a member of St Michaels Lutheran Church in Virginia Beach. She leaves behind her husband of 52 years, Charles, a son, Edward and his wife Kelly, and a daughter, Lynn. She will be laid to rest back home in Bucks County PA. A memorial service will be held Friday, Aug 3rd @ 3pm St Michaels Lutheran Church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St Michaels Food Pantry, 2208 Princess Anne Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23456.
