Jim was a classmate of mine at the Citadel, a member of E Company in the 2nd battalion (I was in H Company) nearby. We would reminisce fondly from time to time at alumni reunions. I wish we had been able to spend more time together and share more memories. I was proud to have known him. My most profound condolences to his wife and family.
