Jimmie Origon Jarrell ESTILL, SC - Mr. Jimmie Origon Jarrell of John F. Drive near Estill died Wednesday evening in the Hampton Regional Medical Center. Mr. Jarrell was born in Hampton County, a son of the late Orrie and Enice Lightsey Jarrell. He retired from Westinghouse Corp. in Hampton as a Treater Operator after 38 years of service and was a member of the Hampton 1st Christian Church. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Surviving are: His wife: Peggy Leola Brunson Jarrell of Estill; Son: Jimmie M. Jarrell of Estill; Daughters: Jayne Peeples and husband Randy of Varnville, Fayeth J. Tubbs of Aiken; Sisters: Betty Fincher of Lexington, Linda DuBois of Estill, Martha Smith of Beaufort, Geraldine Skinner of Varnville and Beverly Cave of Lexington; Step Son: John Brunson and wife Rebecca of Brunson; 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, and 7 step-great-grandchildren. Mr. Jarrell was predeceased by his first wife: Arrie Evelyn Bennett, Daughter in Law: Geneva D. Jarrell, Step Daughter: Carol Ann Lindak, Granddaughter: Jessica Jarrell, and one Sister: Gloria Beard Sineath. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday morning in the Chapel of Peeples-Rhoden Funeral Home in Hampton conducted by Rev. Dan Hodge and Rev. Paul Creason, with burial to follow in the DeLoach Cemetery near Nixville. Friends may call at the chapel in Hampton located at 300 Mulberry St. West, Hampton, SC 29924 (803)-943-3352 on Friday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday morning prior to the services.
