To the Haynes family:
My thoughts and prayers are with you as you go through this season of loss. Deacon Haynes was the kindest, most humble person I think I've ever encountered. His meek spirit was one that all of us should take pattern after. I never heard him raise his voice except in prayer when the Holy Spirit was present. He was few in words, but when he spoke, he had your attention. I will miss hearing that iconic prayer & him leading devotional service and outlining that hymn of old, "The Days Are Past and Gone." May the memories you have of your dad and loved one envelop the core of your being. Live the life so you can see him again. Time is a healer. May God grant you peace.

Our deepest sympathies to all the family members and also to the church family where Deacon J.Haynes Sr. served God so faithfully. May the memories of his kind and loving ways be a lasting legacy in each and every heart he was used by Jesus to eternally touch.
