Interment: Monrovia Cemetery, Charleston, SC. Mr. Gibbs is survived by his sister, Ms. Carolyn Anderson; his nephews, Mr. Rico Jordon, Mr. Ernest Anderson (Tawana), and Richard Simmons, Jr., aunts, Ms. Virginia Brown and Ms. Mable Gibbs; his devoted cousin Mr. Water Ricky Gibbs (Barbara) and a host of other relatives and friends. Viewing for Mr. Gibbs will be Friday, December 8, 2006, from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m., at the William Smith Memorial Chapel, Charleston, SC.
