From across the universe a cry is heard, a sigh is felt, we have lost a great man and friend. My deepest condolences to the family.

His passing came so quickly and so, undoubtedly, it was quite shocking to our family. Jerry was a dear friend and companion to my mother, Debbie and we will always remember the wonderful and thoughtful person he was. I know that she will miss her friend and always remember the times they shared. However, I know how much it hurt her to see him grow ill, and I hope that she holds tight to their good memories. The time for death, whether known or unknown, is a time we all wish would never come, yet we must always remember that God is in control and has His Master plan. May the Lord be with and continue to bless his family and children.

I wish to express my heartfelt regrets and prayers in this time of grief. Jerry and I had long, long talks on many subjects over the last few years, and I will miss them. He was a friend and supporter when I needed one. May you find peace in knowing that his suffering is over.

I am sending my deepest sorrows, and prayers, to Jerry's Family. I haven't seen him in 48 years, but his memory will be with me for a very long time. Jerry was a sweet and very dear little boy who would cross the sidewalk, come over and see and play with my oldest son, Richard, who was only a fat little baby then, and make him laugh while he was sitting outside in his stroller. Jerry, I have thought of you a million times, because you were a such a nice little
boy, as was your brothers. To his family, you have my prayers for comfort. I lost my youngest son, Jay, 39 yrs. old, in December, 2006, and the prayers I had going out for my comfort, really helped me. God be with you all, and know that he is in a better place.

I haven't seen Jerry since we were in our mid-teens. I was looking forward in seeing him soon. I was shocked to hear the news of his passing. My prayers go out to his other brothers and family.

I just heard the news about your Dad, and I cannot make it up there to the memorial service right now, in time. Trey and Caitlin, I am so sorry about your dad. He loved you two so much. You and he are in my prayers.

How shocked i was to hear about Jerry. I guess God DOES work in mysterious ways. I've known Jerry since we were both pre-teens i think; wonderful guy from a wonderful family. All our deepest sympathy go out to his family and brothers Harry, Larry and Howard. God Bless You all.

During pre high school years, Jerry was best friends with my brother Gerry who passed away 6 years ago. It saddens me to know that they are both gone at such and early age. Several of the crowd from the Project days saw Jerry in 2005 with Caitlin (I got to see him then) and last year with his brothers. All of his family are in our thought and prayers and I personally will always remember that cute little boy on the baseball field.
