Jeremiah Wiggins Obituary

Jeremiah Lee Wiggins WALTERBORO - Mr. Jeremiah Lee Wiggins, 41, of Walterboro, entered into eternal rest Friday, July 8, 2022 at The Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. Born June 14, 1981 in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, he was a son of Bruce Wayne Wiggins and Regina Irvin Wiggins. Jeremiah was employed as an electrician at MUSC. He was a dedicated member of Round Lodge No. 270, Ancient Free Masons in Cottageville, where he was a Past Master. He loved four-wheeling, fishing and hunting. He especially loved cooking for his family and friends, for fundraisers, for his beloved masonic lodge, or for just anyone that wanted to eat. Most of all, he was a dedicated husband, son, brother and friend. Surviving are: his wife of 15 years, Amy Stanfield Wiggins of Walterboro; mother, Regina Wiggins of Cottageville; father and step-mother, Bruce and Cindy Wiggins of Carollton, Georgia; brother, Dondi Wiggins of Round O; nephew, James Bazzle; brother-in-law, Lee Bazzle; sister-in-law, Lynette Smith; uncles, Michael Irvin and Marvin Irvin and his wife, Nita; and many other nieces, nephew, great-nieces and extended family. Funeral services will be held 5 o'clock, Wednesday afternoon, July 13, 2022 at The Brice Herndon Funeral Chapel, Walterboro. The family will receive friends following the service. It´s hard to believe my Masonic brother has been gone for a year now. I still pray for the family and friends of him because grieving takes time and everyone grieves differently. I hope that his memory continues to live on with everyone this touches as it has in me.
