I was shocked and sadden to heard about Jennifer. She was a lovely person, mother, friend, and teacher. My thoughts and prayers are with Alexander, Jordan, Jim, Jeannie, Bryan and their families. She was a colleague, coach, player, sister, daughter, mom and friend. Her smile was contagious and I was always proud to know her as a player, teacher, and coach.
Rest well my friend. Until we meet again.

I have been blessed to have known Jennifer since before her boys were born. Our ex-husbands were friends. Jennifer and I were confidants and supported one another during some very difficult times. I will be eternally grateful for her friendship. Jennifer was a strong woman whose legacy of love and strength will live on with Jordan and Alexander. Having endured what our children have experienced it can be said with certainty, a mother's love never, ever goes away. Blessings and Love to Jordan, Alexander and the entire Benton family.

I know there isn't enough room on here for all the wonderful memories we have of your mom and you boys. I have been so blessed to have you kids grow up together like your mom and I did. Just know that we are here for anything you may need. This is how your mom and myself were...didn't matter how much time passed in between a phone call or getting together, it was like we never skipped a beat. Your momma earned the name Momma Bear by helping me raise my 3 boys along side me and she always had a special place in her heart for her little Sugar Bear (she always could get Koby to smile, eye roll or shake his head with that nickname, lol)
Until we meet again Sis..

I went to school with Jennifer. We had not kept in close touch over the years, but a few years ago we ran into each other. She and I were both single mothers. The thing that was obvious to me, was that she lived for her boys. She and I were the same there, fiercely loving and supporting our children. I want her boys to have no doubt that THEY were her whole reason and motivation to live and breathe. I know she will forever be watching over them, encouraging them, loving them and guiding them, She is a beautiful angel now, but she will never be far from her boys. Prayers and love sent to her boys and her entire family.

I know you have a broken heart. I can feel and know the loss you have for Jennifer. I do.
Her loss is just like Johnnie leaving me again. He loved that girl. I feel his loss every day, and I will think about Jennifer every time I think of Johnnie. I will never get over it. It does not get any better, you just learn to live with it better. I hope they are together again.
