Brenda Miglis Obituary

Brenda Ann "Combatti" Miglis, 72 of Center Rutland, VT died Friday October 3, 2025 at UVM hospital in Burlington after a short illness.

She was born on December 14, 1952 in Rutland, VT daughter of John P. Combatti & Catherine I. (Burgess) Combatti

Brenda was a deli manager and bakery manager for Grand Union in her early years. She worked for the Loretta Home & Saint Joseph Kervick for 17 years as a med tech. She recently volunteered her time at Broc and the Community Cupboard stocking shelves. Brenda had a love for life and people, she loved to bake and cook during the holidays and loved her neighbors and visiting with them.

Survivors include her husband of 37 years William P. Miglis, Stepdaughter Jennifer Miglis & her partner Harold Kittredge of Richford, VT and Stepson Adam Miglis, of New Port Richey, FL

Step grandchildren Tyler Pitts & Cayden Pitts, of Richford, VT,

2 Sisters Debbie Combatti, of Spartanburg, S.C. and Sue Potter of Rutland, VT and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Brenda was predeceased by her parents and by her brother, Terry Combatti, sister, Jean Combatti

Visiting hours will be held on Friday October 10, 2025 from 4 P.M. to 6 P.M. at Clifford Funeral Home, 2 Washington Street, Rutland, VT.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date and time to be announced.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
