Elijah Bergeron Obituary
AUGUSTA – Elijah Ryan Bergeron, age 2, of Augusta, Maine, was born on January 18, 2023, in Portland, ME, and passed away on September 21, 2025, surrounded by his family following a heartbreaking accident. With heavy hearts, we gather to celebrate his short but vibrant life. A radiant beacon of joy, Elijah brought love and laughter to everyone blessed to know him.
Elijah, a curious and lively soul, had a fondness for dinosaurs and ducks, often spending hours watching his Blue's Clues and Blippi on YouTube. He had a fascinating love for hats and shoes. Almost every morning, his eyes would light up with excitement to go bye-bye-whether to the store, for a walk, or just a car ride. Elijah loved to help everyone in any way that he could, showing how caring he was at such a young age. His infectious laughter and bright smile would light up the room, reminding us of all the pure joy that life has to offer.
Elijah is survived by his loving parents, Morgan and Eric Bergeron, who are left with the precious memories of their beloved son. He is also survived by his siblings Olivia, Sophia, and Colton, as well as a baby brother on the way-a new life Elijah was so excited to meet. He is predeceased by his devoted grandmother, Tricia, who passed just two months before and was there to welcome him with open arms when he arrived after his passing. The void left by his absence is immeasurable, but the memories he created in his short life will be cherished forever.
His visiting hours will be held on Saturday, 27th Sep 2025 from 3-5 pm at the Staples Funeral Home, 53 Brunswick Ave, Gardiner, Maine.
