Jeanie Kurasaka RIDGEVILLE, SC - Jeanie Kurasaka, 61, of Ridgeville, SC, was called home, Tuesday morning, January 12, 2010, to be with our Heavenly Father. Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon, January 16, 2010, at 1 o'clock at Deliverance Tabernacle Ministries with burial at Dorchester Memory Gardens. Family and friends will gather for dinner at Deliverance Tabernacle Ministries after the cemetery services. Visitation will be Friday evening at Parks Funeral Home from 6 -8 o'clock and at the church one hour prior to the service. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the Deliverance Tabernacle Ministries, 3190 W. 5th North St., Summerville, SC 29483. Born August 19, 1948, in the beautiful mountains of Lashmeet, WV, she was the firstborn child of Enlal "Tootie" Bailey and Lois Buchanon Bailey. She had five sisters and two brothers whom she loved very much. She was a proud member of Deliverance Tabernacle Ministries, Jedburg, SC, where she had many extended brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus. She is survived by her loving husband Dwight Kurasaka of Ridgeville; children, William Salmon and Melissa Kimbrough both of Troy, AL, Shelly Stacey of Summerville, Kayla Bailey and Montana Dishong both of Ridgeville and mother, Lois Buchanon Robinson of Summerville.
