Kerry, Tammy, Kerriann & Family,

I remember so many good times with Jeanette, "JB" as I liked to call her. Her devotion to all she loved and cared about was such an inspiration. Her strength and determination a wonderful example to people around her. I remember sitting in her office many of times, both of us crying over troubles I needed guidence in. She was always willing to listen and offer encouragement and wisdom. Her beautiful smile, and cute laugh will be soo missed, but her memory and the impression she made on my life will never leave me. Thank you all for sharing her with me and know that you are all in my prayers. She was truely one of God's angels here on earth, and she has surely taken her place in Heaven above next to Him.

David Ray (Jeanette's 1st Cousin) and Jeanette, with her sweet smile, as ALWAYS!

David Ray Tant

September 21, 2005

Kerry,

As you know, 'Ray' is unable to write something here himself, but I know he would want you to know that his thoughts and prayers are with you. He just wishes he could be with you to help you through this terrible time. He will never forget how very much you and Jeanette have done for him and the family during his and the families hard times and without ever blinking an eye. He remembers all of the good times that all of you have shared together and so we thought we would attach a picture that we found of him and Jeanette at one of those 'good' times. He will surely miss her as we all will, but he knows she is in a better place and keeping an eye out on you, as always.

Please take care of yourself and when Ray is able, he will be there for you, the way you and Jeanette have been there for him.

Kerry and family-

I was shocked and deeply saddened to hear of your tragic loss. My thoughts have been of you and Jeanette since receiving the news. I'm not sure that I can accurately express how much the two of you have come to mean to me in the past year. I always knew you were wonderful people, but you both truly shined when our family was in need, and Jeanette's radiant smile lifted my heart when I was at my saddest. I wish that I could be in Charleston right now to help you through this dark time. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. I must say, I feel a bit more at peace knowing that such a glorious new angel is watching over us from above. All my love- Terri

KERRY,

AS YOU HAVE HEARD ME SAY BEFORE, 'WE HAVE TO HAVE FAITH THAT EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON'. GOD WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU DURING THESE VERY DIFFICULT TIMES. THIS IS WHAT JEANETTE WOULD HAVE WANTED FOR YOU. SHE WAS SUCH A DEVOTED WIFE, MOTHER AND GRANDMOTHER. SHE WOULD WORRY ABOUT ALL OF YOU. SHE WOULD PRAY FOR EACH ONE AND SHE WOULD SAY 'ELSIE, PRAY FOR THEM ALSO'. SHE WAS A SPECIAL PERSON AND SO LOVING, CARING AND SWEET TO ALL. ALWAYS READY TO DO FOR THE ONES THAT NEEDED HER. I COULD WRITE A BOOK ON HER GOODNESS. I JUST FEEL LIKE GOD WANTED THAT BEAUTIFUL PERSON UP THEIR WITH HIM. I KNOW SHE WANTS ALL HER FAMILY TO COME AND MEET HER ONE DAY AND WALK THOSE GOLDEN STREETS WITH HER WHERE THERE IS NO PAIN.

TAMMY AND KERRY ANN,

JUST THINK OF THE GOOD MEMORIES THAT YOU HAVE OF YOUR MOTHER. I THINK OF THE TIMES WHEN YOU TWO WERE PLANNING YOUR WEDDINGS AND SHE WAS SO HAPPY FOR YOU BOTH. THEN, WHEN THE GRANDS STARTED COMING, OH HOW SHE LOVED THEM TOO. IF EVER I CAN BE OF ANY HELP TO ANY OF YOU, PLEASE JUST LET ME KNOW.

MAY GOD BLESS YOU ALL!

Offering condolences in your time of loss...

Our Memories of Those who now have gone

No matter how the waves of life may toss

May the Happy times and Memories linger on

Enfolding us with warmth sublime and sweet

Imparting solace in our minds and heart

Remembering our Loved ones we will meet

For we are only temporarily...apart

Know you are in the thoughts of others

Who share with you, your loss and pain

You have lost God's Sweet Gift of Mothers

But together, one day with Him will reign.

This poem is to be held deep in your hearts Tammy and Keri Ann. My deepest sympathy goes out to your family.
