Carl.,

I can't imagine the emotions that you must be feeling right now. Just keep in mind that love is stronger than death as Scripture says. Please know that so many friends are with you during this difficult time. Sr. Sandra

I had the privilege of meeting Jean, when Carl was teaching in the Biology Department, at The Citadel. She was a lovely lady and so kind! I remember when Carl had heart surgery, I sat with Jean at the hospital. She was so appreciative that I took time from work to come sit with her. Jean never met a stranger. She is healed now, and with our Lord and Savior. Carl, may you find comfort and peace in your loving memories of Jean. You will be in our thoughts and prayers, during this difficult time.
